The extra large 6 gallon “King" Fat Bob tank was designed in such
a way it does not change the overall appearance of your motorcycle.
They went to great lengths to duplicate the contours of the stock
tank, to retain the original Fat Bob looks. Once installed, the “King"
Fat Bob looks like an integral piece of the motorcycle and not just an
oversized bolt on accessory.This tank holds over 6 gallons (24 ltr.) of
fuel, offering you the extra mileage needed.The brackets and insides
of the tank are made from extra heavy gauge, reinforced steel to carry
the extra weight of the fuel. Unlike the competition’s tanks, this tank
has flowing lines without any flat spots and doesn’t need excessive
plaster before spraying. Fits all Softail models 1984 thru 1999.Accepts
all large speedo style dashes.Available with Screw-In type gas caps,
lockable gas caps and our latest lockable Aero-style small aluminum
gas caps with chrome plated finish. Gas caps are also separately
available.
